Duna Pearl, the first international project of Polat, one of the leading players in the real estate sector in Turkey and globally, has been selected as the "Residential Project of the Year" at the Real Estate Awards, which rewards the most prestigious real estate projects in the region.

Implemented by Polat Hungary, the real estate development company of Polat Holding in Hungary, Duna Pearl consists of a mixed concept comprising residential, hotel, and retail areas, covering a closed area of 45,000 square meters.

Having recently received a gold grade in the prestigious LEED Energy Certificate system, Duna Pearl, one of the rare residential projects, has now been selected as the "Residential Development Project of the Year" at the Real Estate Awards. Real Estate Awards, Hungary's most prestigious real estate award, held its 14th edition this year, rewarding players shaping the real estate sector in various categories such as residential projects, mixed-use projects, and commercial projects. This year, with the selections made by a jury consisting of leading figures in the sector and public votes, Duna Pearl surpassed its strongest competitors to be chosen as the "Residential Project of the Year".

Situated in the valuable location of the 13th district, also known as "Little Manhattan", in the bustling areas of Budapest, Duna Pearl consists of residential, hotel, and retail areas covering approximately 45,000 square meters of closed area. In addition to 193 apartments, Duna Pearl also hosts Budapest's first Four Points by Sheraton hotel.

Becoming the new center of the region, Duna Pearl, as a building complex, meets the latest requirements while ensuring a healthy environment and supporting energy savings with its design utilizing 20% renewable energy. The residences within the project, realized with a 75 million Euro investment by Polat, are equipped with smart home systems in compliance with EU building regulations. Additionally, Polat, which renewed the streets and sidewalks around the construction site, also made public space and park arrangements for the residents of the area. The contribution of Duna Pearl to environmental greening and increased livability, alongside its technical and architectural design, played a significant role in receiving this award.
